Industrial Painter

Now hiring an Industrial Painter for a Manufacturing & Fabrication company in Cantonment, FL.

This role involves preparing surfaces and applying a variety of coatings to meet quality standards for industrial projects.

• Read and interpret technical drawings to determine painting requirements
• Prepare surfaces (blasting, sanding, putty work, etc.)
• Apply multi-coat systems (epoxy, polyurethane, water-based)
• Use plastic and fiberglass fillers when needed
• Operate HVLP spray guns (gravity, siphon, and pressure pot)
• Perform touch-up work to maintain quality finishes
• Monitor and maintain stock levels of paint materials
• Ensure all finishes meet specifications and company standards

• 2+ years of spray-painting experience
• Trade school completion preferred (e.g., George Stone, Locklin Tech)
• Knowledge of paint codes and mixing requirements
• Strong organizational skills and neat work habits
• Understanding of basic safety practices
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

Starts at $22+/hr. (Depending on your level of experience)

Monday – Thursday ----- 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Occasional overtime as needed)

Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug test.
