• Back-of-the-house team members are responsible for prepping, cooking, and plating up Beef s delicious menu items according to recipe specs.
• Take pride in preparing quality food and providing fast service to keep guests happy.
• Maintain positive attitudes and teamwork.
• Follow food safety guidelines for cooking, cooling & storage.
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures.
• Keep equipment clean and the work area organized.
• Complete duties without constant supervision.

• Minimum age 18 or older, based on applicable state & local requirements
• Available to work weekend and holiday shifts
• Ability to read tickets, recipes, prep sheets, and spec charts in English
• Able to competently operate the grill, fryers, oven, and other kitchen equipment
• Continuous standing, bending, and lifting up to 60 pounds
• Exposure to heat of equipment and kitchen environment
