TEL Staffing is hiring a Civil Technician for a company based out of Cantonment, FL. This position is Full time and will have an evaluation period of at least 30 days.
JobRequirements and Duties:
- Must have valid DL and reliable transportation
- Must be able to perform physical duties, such as heavy lifting up to 80lbs - example including concrete bags
- All work is performed outdoors
- Must have a basic understanding of Operation and Maintenance of power tools and equipment
- Willingness to travel
- Conduit and grounding installation
- Pulling wire and fiber
- Light electrical duties, such as landing wire
- Removal of vegetation
- Some gravel and dirt work
- Small equipment operation - Skid steer, mini excavator, thumper, packer, roll packer and forklift
- Basic rigging skills
- Driving to pull large trailers loaded with equipment
- Must be able to load and secure trailer prior to transporting equipment
Schedule:
Full Time
Pay Range: $18.00/hr-$22.00/hr
Pre-employment:
Must pass pre-employment background check, drug screen and MVR.
