You will be responsible for delivering a world-class experience, surpassing sales goals, and continually finding innovative ways to engage and attract our fans (customers). Flexible Sales Associate (Part-Time) is a role that fits your lifestyle. As a Flexible Staff Associate, you’ll jump in when it matters most (peak hours) to deliver incredible fan experiences and support store operations.

Our fans will feel your passion when you share product knowledge and inspire them to style their jewellery, giving a voice to people’s loves.

• Peak hours are defined as evenings, weekends, holidays, and other high-traffic periods such as promotions or product launches.
• You will share product knowledge, engage fans, and help build brand loyalty.

• Deliver a world-class customer experience and surpass sales goals.
• Engage fans and attract customers through knowledge of Pandora products.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the brand with passion.
• Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards to ensure smooth, on-brand operations.
• Be flexible with schedules, including peak periods with increased availability.
• All other duties as assigned.

• You can demonstrate you’re a results-oriented seller.
• You have developed a sense of care in your communication skills both written and verbal.
• You know how to charm and captivate an audience with the ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
• You are at least 18 years or older and can provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• A flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays, with the ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds.
• Flexible schedule with variable hours depending on slower or peak periods (approximately 4–12 hours per week).
• Reliable support and willingness to step in during high-traffic times, special events, or when coverage is needed.
