GROUNDSKEEPER (FULL TIME)
SSC Services For Education is recruiting for a full‑time Groundskeeper for the Texas School District. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Location: 2401 Russell Long Boulevard, Canyon, TX 79016 (other district locations available).
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (full‑time and part‑time options are flexible Pay: $15.00 to $18.50 per hour.
Requirement: Prior groundskeeping experience required.
- Provides quality customer service with attention to detail.
- Inspects common areas and exterior grounds; reports deficiencies to the Maintenance Supervisor.
- Mows lawns weekly during the appropriate season and cleans equipment after use.
- Trims bushes and weeds flowerbeds as needed.
- Shovels walkways in wintery weather and salts or sands icy paths.
- Contributes to team dynamics and maintains professionalism with customers and colleagues.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Valid Non‑CDL Class C driver’s license required.
