Greet customers on the sales floor, assist them in locating merchandise, and direct them to a parts specialist if needed. Check out customers and deter shoplifters. Keep the front area stocked, fronted, and clean, and complete sales preparations.

Essential Job Functions

Merchandiser

Greet customers, assist with merchandise location, and direct to parts specialists if necessary.

Check in, price, and stock merchandise.

Maintain merchandise displays according to planograms and company guidelines.

Update pricing and signage, and ensure sales materials are properly displayed.

Assist with stock adjustments, cycle counts, and overstock returns.

Work with management on store tasks and security measures.

Participate in O'Reilly Image Maker responsibilities.

Cashier

Check out customers efficiently and courteously.

Handle returns and assist with transactions during busy times.

Skills and Qualifications

Good aptitude for numbers and strong interpersonal skills.
Organizational skills.
Preferred:
Previous cashier or stocking experience, ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle, bilingual in Spanish.
