Description:

In this role you will... conceptualize and produce print ready and digital graphics-including layouts, UI elements, icons, infographics, and wall displays that align with brand guidelines, while also generating precise, annotated technical illustrations for manuals, training materials, and engineering documentation to ensure clarity for complex systems. You will plan, shoot, and edit video content such as business events, operations, hardware, training tutorials, and create 2 D and 3 D motion graphics, UI animations that enhance user experience.

You will model hard surface and organic 3 D assets, texture and rig them for AR/VR and interactive applications, performing mesh cleanup, retopology, and conversion from CAD to Sub D models. You will develop and optimize interactive experiences in real time engines, collaborating with artists to integrate assets, troubleshoot pipeline issues, and meet performance targets. As a creative leader, you will guide brainstorming sessions, develop visual concepts, and provide direction to cross functional teams to ensure consistent, high impact media outputs.

You will design responsive web interfaces, interactive prototypes, and immersive experiences that satisfy usability and performance standards, and you will perform basic audio editing, cleanup, and light sound design to support video and interactive content.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interactive Media, Visual Communication, or a related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and industry experience.

• Portfolio demonstrating expertise across graphic design, technical illustration, videography, animation, 3 D modeling, interactive development, and audio editing.

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, Audition, After Effects), Substance Painter, 3D Software:
Blender, Maya, Unity, Unreal Engine, or similar.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to articulate concepts to both technical and non technical audiences.

• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.
Desired

Skills:

• UI/UX design skills. Visual hierarchy, wireframes, branding, or interface layouts.
• Advanced software knowledge:
Substance Painter, 3 D packages (Blender, Maya), real time engines (Unity, Unreal Engine) or equivalents.

• Experience with real time development environments and scripting languages: C#, HTML, XML, JavaScript.

• Familiarity with CAD conversion and optimization tools (e.g., PIXYZ) - a plus.

• Proven project management capabilities: prioritize tasks, develop clear process documentation, meet tight deadlines, and collaborate with engineers, marketers, and product managers.

• Demonstrated adaptability: stay current with emerging tools, trends, and interactive technologies to continuously elevate deliverables.

• Leadership ability: mentor multidisciplinary teams, delegate effectively, and drive projects from concept through delivery while maintaining quality and morale.

• Strong communication aptitude: produce concise design briefs, documentation, and technical illustrations; facilitate cross functional workshops; gather feedback; and negotiate creative solutions aligned with business goals.
