Integrated Program Planner to join our mission supporting the FBM program. In this role, you will...
• Develop, status, and analyze resource loaded
schedules to monitor progress, assess program
status, and identify performance issues in a
timely manner
• Ensure established baseline control processes
are followed and oversee business rhythms
required to accomplish program control, analysis,
and forecasting objectives
• Use critical path methodology, risk analysis,
and problem resolution to mitigate delays/issues
that arise, communicate schedule impacts and
propose corrective actions to applicable program
partners
• Schedule presentations which may include
Program Management, Executive Management,
or Customer Management
• Establish and conduct data and process quality
assessments of planning products and prepare
for surveillance reviews to ensure compliance
with program performance management #LMSpace Program Planners
Basic Qualifications:
• Demonstrated Planning experience with a
planning tool (e.g. Microsoft Project, Open Plan,
Primavera, or another comparable planning tool)
• Experience with management of Integrated
Master Schedule (IMS)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Must be a US Citizen and have the ability to
obtain a Secret security clearance
Desired
Skills:
• Active Secret security clearance
• Working knowledge of a scheduling tool, such
as Open Plan Professional or Microsoft Project Professional
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
• Understanding of Critical Path Methodology
• Experience with DCMA Guidelines
