Learn about the Trident II D5 Fleet Ballistic Missile. What does this role look like? Lockheed Martin is looking for a highly motivated project manager to support and deploy Digital Transformation efforts across the Portfolio of programs, sites, and lifecycle. Working on a fast paced team you will have the opportunity to work closely with multiple and diverse, functional areas across FBM.
You will perform all levels of project management philosophies and responsibilities throughout the entire life cycle of each project. In this role will offer you the following daily key responsibilities:
You will have responsibility for managing risk and opportunity up through all boards, metrics management and evaluation, developing program review documentation, performing integration activities across the organization and program, supporting the leadership business rhythms, and supporting the proposal and budget cycles.
Basic Qualifications:
• 2 years of project management experience,
• You will need to be a US Citizen, and be able to obtain and maintain a US DoD SECRET clearance, to support this government contract, as well as successfully pass a drug and background check, in order to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Desired
Skills:
• Experience documenting software requirements, recording use cases, assisting with user acceptance testing or other activities related to software deployments.
• Experience documenting user processes in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiar with Manufacturing Execution Systems like Apriso or IMPS/MAP and ERP systems such as SAP or S4/HANA.
• Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt Certification, or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and execute on planned initiatives.
• Experience in program development with emphasis on cross-functional collaboration and leadership.
• Ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization, including to non-technical personnel.
• Ability to operate in a dynamic environment and take on numerous roles as part of the daily program operations
• Ability to work autonomously in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
