What You’ll Do- Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
- Match clients with the tax professional best suited to their needs.
- Schedule client appointments and manage client expectations.
- Ensure all client needs are met during in‑person, phone, or virtual service.
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High‑school diploma or equivalent.
- Flexible to work varying schedules and locations.
- Previous experience in a customer‑service or sales/marketing role.
- Experience working in a fast‑paced environment.
- Customer‑service background.
- Ability to multi‑task.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Computer‑proficient with Microsoft Office.
