Fred Anderson Toyota of Cape Coral is looking for an experienced Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Specialist to join our high-volume used car reconditioning operation. This is a long-term opportunity for a skilled technician who takes pride in precision work and efficiency.

- Perform high-quality paintless dent repair on used vehicle inventory
- Remove door dings, minor creases, and hail-related dents where applicable
- Maintain OEM-quality standards while meeting reconditioning timelines
- Work closely with recon, service, and sales teams to support inventory turn
- Keep work area organized and equipment maintained
- Proven experience in Paintless Dent Repair (PDR)
- Strong eye for detail and craftsmanship
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, punctual, and professional
- Dealership or high-volume recon experience preferred
This is not mobile PDR or outdoor lot work. You’ll work indoors, in a clean, climate-controlled facility, with steady volume, full benefits, and leadership that respects skilled trades.
