Key Responsibilities Perform high-quality paintless dent repair on used vehicle inventory Remove door dings, minor creases, and hail-related dents where applicable Maintain OEM-quality standards while meeting reconditioning timelines Work closely with recon, service, and sales teams to support inventory turn Keep work area organized and equipment maintained Qualifications Proven experience in Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Strong eye for detail and craftsmanship Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Dependable, punctual, and professional Dealership or high-volume recon experience preferred Why Fred Anderson Toyota of Cape Coral?
