Head Dev Ops

People Cert is looking for Head Dev Ops, who will be responsible for leading the global commercial growth of the Dev Ops portfolio. Through an in-depth understanding of the People Cert Group strategy, the successful candidate will define and execute the commercial roadmap, establish partnerships with corporates and training providers, and drive the adoption of People Cert's Dev Ops certifications and solutions across international markets.
As Commercial Head Dev Ops, your tasks will include the following:
- Define and oversee the global commercial strategy for People Cert's Dev Ops product line.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporates, training organizations, and professional associations to expand market presence.
- Drive revenue growth by implementing a target-driven sales and partnership strategy.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Partner teams to ensure alignment of go-to-market initiatives.
- Represent People Cert at Dev Ops-related industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote thought leadership.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to adjust commercial strategies proactively.
- Provide forecasts, reporting, and insights to senior leadership on performance and growth opportunities.
- Mentor and guide a commercial team to achieve defined goals and objectives.
What We Look For:
- Post-graduate degree in IT, Business, or related discipline; MBA preferred.
- Over 1215 years' experience in business development, commercial leadership, or strategic partnerships within IT consulting, technology, or certification sectors.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Dev Ops principles, practices, and certifications.
- Proven record of successfully driving revenue growth and international market expansion.
- Sound expertise in channel development, partnership strategy, consultative selling, and strategic account management.
- Superb relationship, communication, and negotiation skills in working with senior executives and cross-functional teams across cultures.
- Prior exposure in Education, Consulting, Examination/Certification, or Technology sectors will be considered an asset.
- Excellent command of the English language (C2 level certification desired; Language Cert C2 LTE or C2 IESOL a plus).
- Advanced computer literacy required; ECDL Advanced certification desirable. Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics CRM or equivalent software will be considered an asset.
