• Perform interventional procedures, including epidural steroid injections, discography, spinal cord stimulation, and vertebroplasty/kyphoplasty, to address chronic pain conditions.
• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to develop tailored treatment plans, ensuring optimal outcomes.
• Interpret diagnostic imaging (e.g., X-rays, CT scans, MRIs) to identify conditions and recommend appropriate therapies.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide patient‑centered care, maintaining accurate medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.

Monday to Friday, standard business hours, offering a predictable schedule that supports work‑life balance.

The position offers a competitive base salary of $350,000-$375,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. A guaranteed base salary is provided for the first 1‑2 years to ensure a smooth transition into the practice. After this period, compensation shifts to a production‑based model, allowing increased earnings based on performance metrics and patient volume.
