Key Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field with a minimum of 3 years of experience or 10 years of relevant experience.
- Hands-on experience as a Controls Engineer or Automation Engineer
- Proficient in AutoCAD Electrical software and familiar with UL Standards.
- Skilled in ladder logic and function block PLC programming.
- HMI/SCADA programming, design, development.
- Strong ability to produce detailed reports and updates as needed.
- Advanced skills in analytics and design with excellent communication abilities.
- Knowledgeable about manufacturing feasibility and Design for Manufacturability (DFM) principles.
- A problem solver who is resourceful, team-oriented, and able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with the UL-508a standard.
- Experience programming and designing PLCs such as Rockwell (Compact Logix), Siemens (Siemens LOGO!), Unitronics (Unistream), or Wago (Codesys).
- Experience in Mission Critical, Data Center, Water and Wastewater Treatment, Power Generation, Marine, Mining Transportation, Oil & Gas.
