Cape Coral Office Access (Hybrid)

PRMG is seeking a motivated and experienced Mortgage Loan Officer to serve as the preferred in-house lender at a new real estate office opening in Cape Coral this September.

This commission-only role offers a hybrid model — combining remote flexibility with in-office presence to build relationships with real estate agents and gain access to walk-in referrals. You’ll have the autonomy to work your own book of business and grow external relationships, with the added advantage of being the preferred lender at this office.

Compensation: $50,000 - $150,000 yearly
