The Position: Our client is looking for an experienced Assistant Medical Office Manager to oversee daily administrative and operational functions of a busy medical practice. The salary starts at $50,000 and up depending on experience.

- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Microsoft Word and Excel experience

- Experience working in a busy medical practice
- Monday-Friday schedule
- Assist with daily office operations
- Supervise and support office staff
- Oversee check-in/check-out and copay collection
- Answer phones and assist patients with billing questions
- Monitor charge capture and billing clarification logs
- Ensure accurate diagnosis and CPT information
- Support physicians and staff
- Help improve office efficiency and practice growth
Compensation: $65,000 per year
