, you will be part of a team that offers a modern, comfortable, and secure facility staffed by caring professionals where each individual receives the finest sub-acute medical care, Rehabilitation services, and 24-hour skilled nursing care.
Assist Occupational Therapists in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for residents, focusing on improving functional abilities and quality of life
Conduct occupational therapy assessments, plan, and implement treatment programs for residents in a variety of settings, including skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation centers, and assisted living facilities
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
Provide education and training to families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals on occupational therapy techniques and strategies
Maintain accurate and thorough records of resident progress and treatment plans
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) designation
Per Diem schedule, working variable shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
Familiarity with PPS and MDS regulations and guidelines
