Role Overview

Mission:
Turn complex data into actionable insights and products that support global wellness and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and maintain real-time data pipelines across health, product, and commerce domains.
  • Develop knowledge graphs integrating biological, demographic, and behavioral data.
  • Leverage Bayesian models, causal inference, and predictive techniques to drive insights.
  • Translate research into scalable APIs, dashboards, and services.
  • Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to advance projects in health tech, agriculture, and packaging.
  • Optimize supply chain and agricultural data for sustainability impact.
  • Automate research workflows and contribute to publishable data science output.
Must-Have Qualifications
  • Proven experience delivering large-scale ML or data systems end-to-end.
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, PyTorch/Tensor Flow, stream processing, orchestration tools, and graph databases.
  • Deep understanding of Bayesian statistics, causal modeling, and probabilistic programming.
  • Strong engineering practices: version control, testing, CI/CD, etc.
  • Excellent communication and ability to simplify complex concepts for stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with health, biomedical, or consumer data.
  • Experience in Graph ML, contextual bandits, or RL-based personalization.
  • Exposure to mobile analytics or App Store/Play Store optimization.
  • Background in hardware, IoT, or field deployments.
  • Skills in literature mining, marketing science, or uplift modeling.
