Must‑have- Strong SQL: writing, running queries, joins, cross joins, and other SQL related tasks.
- Clarity/Caboodle in communication and documentation.
- Clinical certification is preferred, as the role involves a large clinical backlog.
- Revenue Cycle certification is acceptable if clinical certification is not held.
- Work through backlog and route tickets.
- Perform extensive SQL work.
- Build bench reports within Epic when needed.
