As an Assistant Site Leader, you’ll support the Site Leader in overseeing various aspects of site operations, focusing on team support, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will include:
- Team Development & Support: Assist the Site Leader in recruiting, training, and supporting team members, helping to build a positive, motivated culture aligned with Whistle Express’s values.

Experience:
Ensure every customer receives exceptional service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and promoting our unlimited wash memberships and services. - Operational Excellence: Help maintain daily operations, ensuring equipment functionality, upholding safety standards, and supporting the “Sparkle Assurance” quality our customers expect.
- Sales Support: Partner with the Site Leader to achieve sales goals by promoting memberships, upselling services, and implementing promotions that drive growth.
- Problem‑Solving & Decision Making: Assist in resolving customer concerns, addressing operational challenges, and making proactive decisions to enhance customer satisfaction and site performance.

Education
:
- High School or better.
Preferred
:
- Associates or better.
- Bachelors or better.
Experience
:
- Relevant supervisory or leadership experience preferred but not mandatory.
Licenses & Certifications
:
- Valid driver’s license.
- Safety and operational certifications as required by local regulations.
