A 3 Pepper Burrito General Manager has the responsibility for the overall daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operations, including production, preparation, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, recruiting, F&L Cost, ensuring the highest quality products and services are delivered to our customers and other duties as required.

• Must have 2 or more years’ experience.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must have or obtain a certified food manager license.
• Minimum age 21+ years old.
• Must be able to work various shifts per week.

Wage:
Base Salary Based on experience, plus bonus, tip share, and benefits.
