Lee Physician Group invites Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioners (APRNs) and Physician Assistants (PAs) with a strong inpatient background—or new graduates—to join our busy Complex Care practice in Cape Coral. The role involves caring for a diverse patient population, including follow‑up hospital and emergency department discharges, and requires a solid understanding of inpatient medicine.

• Provide team‑based care in both inpatient and outpatient settings centered on transitional care.

• Utilize EPIC Electronic Health Record and Dragon Dictation for clinical documentation.

• Work a 40‑hour week with flexible scheduling; occasional weekend coverage may be required.

• No on‑call duties.

• Graduate of an accredited APRN or PA program.
• Eligible to obtain a Florida license.
• Florida DEA and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications required.
