We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Weekend Supervisor every other weekend at the Terraces of Lake Worth Care Center. As a Weekend Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents and supervise a team of skilled nurses during weekend hours. • Supervise a team of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants during weekend hours
• Conduct rounds to ensure that residents are receiving quality care and address any concerns or issues that may arise
• Collaborate with other departments, including Rehabilitation, Social Services, and Dietary, to ensure a holistic approach to resident care
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the IDT
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and services provided
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and activities
• Provide education and training to staff members to ensure they are knowledgeable and skilled to provide high-quality care
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and procedures, as well as regulatory guidelines

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Florida
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a long-term care setting, with a strong preference for experience in a supervisory role
• Ability to work every other weekend
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Strong organizational and time management skills
