The Lakes Home Care, Inc. is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide in-home care for pediatric and/or adult patients in Florida.
You will use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, delivering skilled services per orders and monitoring changes in patient conditions. Qualified candidates are licensed LPN/LVN in Florida, with current TB or Chest X-Ray and a current BLS card; one year of nursing experience preferred.
