American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN Case Manager with acute care and case management experience for a hospital setting.

• Case Management/Utilization Review department in an acute care hospital setting
• 12-hour evening shifts from 11:00 AM to 11:30 PM, 3 shifts per week
• Every other week requires 1 additional 8-hour shift (11:00 AM to 7:30 PM) resulting in 4 hours of overtime
• Floating required to sister campuses as needed, with travelers prioritized for floating assignments
• Sister campuses are within 15-20 minutes of each other

• Active FL or compact RN license required, with Nursys verification on profile
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of Case Management experience required
• Acute care experience required
• Degree accreditation must be documented on profile, or 5 years of experience required in lieu of accreditation documentation
• Driver's license address must match address on file with the Board of Nursing

• Candidates must reside within a 50-mile radius of the facility, with strict verification including property records review
• Candidates cannot own or cosign on property within the 50-mile radius
• Candidates must be prepared to secure full-time housing in the area rather than commuting from outside the region
• No block scheduling requests accommodated
• All requested time off (RTO) must be submitted prior to start date and will not be approved after offer
• Orientation begins on a Friday, including remote orientation and an in-person visit to the facility for badge/
• Hard document deadline is the Monday prior to start date with no exceptions for pending documentation
• Candidates are expected to integrate as core staff and demonstrate flexibility and teamwork
• Interview process includes an HWL prescreen interview followed by a final manager interview
