American Traveler is hiring an RN for a Labor & Delivery/LDRP position requiring 2 years of LDRP experience and FL or compact RN licensure.
Requirements- Active FL or compact RN license required
- BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required
- Minimum 2 years of LDRP experience required
- Degree accreditation must be listed on profile, or candidate must have 5 years of experience
- Driver's license address must match the address on file with the Board of Nursing
- LDRP unit within an OB Maternal Level 2, Nursery Level 1, 24-bed unit
- Labor patient ratios of 1:2 to 2:1 and postpartum ratios of 3:1 to 4:1
- Uses Epic EMR
- 12-hour night shifts, 3 shifts per week
- Call required, equating to 12 hours within one calendar month
- Floating required, with travelers floated first, including to sister campuses within 15-20 minutes of the facility
- Travelers are expected to integrate with and function as core staff
- Must reside within a 50-mile radius of the facility, with strict verification of residency
- Candidates must not own or co-sign property within the 50-mile radius
- All RTO requests must be submitted prior to offer, as no RTO will be approved after submission
- No block scheduling requests accepted
- Orientation begins on a Friday, including remote orientation and an in-person visit for badge/
- All required documentation must be finalized by the Monday prior to start date, with no exceptions for pending documents
- Clinical interview required prior to offer
