American Traveler is hiring an ICU RN for a 12-hour day shift position requiring 2 years of ICU experience and FL or compact RN licensure.

• ICU setting with 2:1 patient ratios
• 12-hour day shifts, 3 shifts per week
• Uses Epic EMR
• Floating required, including to PCU and ED Hold area, with possible floats to sister campuses
• No on-call responsibilities

• Active FL or compact RN license required
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required
• Degree accreditation must be listed on profile, or 5 years of experience required in lieu of accreditation documentation
• Driver's license address must match address on file with the Board of Nursing

• Travelers are expected to function as core staff and integrate fully into unit culture
• Travelers will be prioritized for floating assignments, including to sister campuses within 15-20 minutes of the facility
• All requested time off must be submitted at time of consideration and will not be approved afterward
• Must reside within a 50-mile radius of the facility, with strict verification of residency
• Orientation begins on a Friday with an in-person badge/t, followed by remote orientation
• Prior travel nurse experience preferred
• Hard document deadline is the Monday prior to start date, with no exceptions for pending documentation
