RN - Case Management

ARMStaffing is looking for a Registered Nurse, Case Management (Day Shift) in Cooper City, Florida.

Cooper City, FL

This is a 13-week contract position.

Day shift from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, covering 4 weekdays per facility scheduler.

The Case Management Department is seeking a Registered Nurse with prior experience in case management at an HCA facility. The ideal candidate will be adept in utilizing Meditech and Midas programs to support daily operations. The patient care ratio is approximately 1:25, reflecting a commitment to quality patient care.

• Manage a caseload of patients ensuring continuity and quality of care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Utilize Midas documentation effectively to maintain accurate patient records.
• Provide education and resources for patients and families.

• Prior experience in case management at an HCA facility.
• Experience with Meditech and Midas programs.

• Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• BLS certification preferred.
• ACLS certification is a plus.
