• Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables, presenting menus and offering recommendations to enhance their dining experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of guest and team member touchpoints to support a safe dining environment.
• Provide friendly, attentive service that helps create loyal guests and a positive first impression.
• Thank guests on departure, wish them well, and invite them back to Olive Garden.
