Job Title:

Expeditor (Heart of House Hero)

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all food orders are prepared in a timely manner and in accordance with guest special requests and company recipes.
  • Communicate with the service team and fellow Heart of House Heroes to expedite food deliveries to to-go, dining room, and bar areas.
  • Provide our guests with the highest level of service standards to create new and repeat business and avoid guest complaints.
  • Ensure our guests have an unbeatable experience with the highest quality preparation and presentation of our food products.
  • Support the Heart of House team by expediting the service of all dining rooms, bars, and to-go orders.
  • Optimize the Heart of the House by efficiently maintaining the flow of service while controlling costs and waste.
  • Be aware of and abide by all food safety practices.

    • Minimum Qualifications (with or without accommodation):

  • Kitchen experience required, preferably in a high-volume atmosphere.
  • Must possess or be able to obtain a valid food safety certification or any other food/alcohol certification, as required by state law.
  • Able to stand for 10 hours and lift at least 50 pounds.
  • Good hearing for safety and accurate communication.
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak in English.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Must possess excellent communication and leadership skills.
