• Deliver an exceptional guest experience and provide a fresh and full shopping experience during all hours of operations.
• Uphold and maintain the execution of Food & Beverage Standards.
• Execute Food & Beverage processes including deliveries, replenishment, merchandising, in-stocks routines, data accuracy, culling, rotation, cleaning, signing and storing reserve product.
• Follow all food safety requirements as outlined in Target’s policies and procedures.
• Use sampling and suggestive selling to promote products and increase sales.
• Work with vendors to manage displays and organize backroom space.
• Identify damaged, recalled or expired items and process according to policies and procedures.
• Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services to solve guest issues and improve their experience.
• Adhere to federal, state and local adult beverage laws where applicable.
• Use and care for in-store and personal protective equipment; follow equipment control guidelines.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup, and Drive-up with compliance to laws and store policies.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with their needs.
• Other duties as required by business needs.

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older (Bakery Only).
• Previous food or grocery experience is preferred but not required.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate scanners and other technology as directed.
• Ability to work independently and with a team; resolve guest questions quickly; attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes.
• Ability to remain focused in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established time frames.

• Occasionally lift or move merchandise up to 44 pounds; climb ladders; and work in environments from 34°F to
  -10°F as needed.
• Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends and holidays; reliable attendance required.
• Work in spaces where common allergens may be present; exposure to varying temperatures, humidity and other elements during Drive-Up, carryout, etc.
• Remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift.
