Community Growth & Sales Manager

Cape Coral, FL (On-site, full-time)

We re a growing indie-inspired wellness and beauty collective that believes in blending community, creativity, and client care. Our team is small but mighty, and we re looking for someone who thrives on building connections, driving growth, and celebrating wins along the way. If you ve got the heart of a team player and the hustle of a sales leader, this role is for you.

• Lead the sales strategy for our med spa services and wellness products.
• Build and nurture relationships with new and existing clients (you ll be the friendly face they trust).
• Create and hit daily sales targets (we keep them clear and reachable).
• Track performance and celebrate both small and big wins with the team.
• Partner with our service providers to make sure every client journey is seamless, from first hello to post-service glow.
• Share ideas and feedback—your voice matters here.

Base Pay: $3,000 / month

Commission: Additional daily / weekly commission when you hit sales goals or exceed targets

• Sales or business development experience (bonus points if it s in wellness, spa, or beauty).
• A people-person with strong communication skills—you love connecting with others.

• Comfortable balancing structure with a laid-back indie vibe.
