We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to focus on selling spa treatments and packages while creating exceptional client experiences. The role emphasizes building client relationships, driving revenue, and ensuring daily sales goals are met.
Key Responsibilities- Recommend spa treatments and packages tailored to client needs
- Guide clients through service options professionally
- Track and monitor weekly and monthly sales metrics
- Maintain organized follow-up to encourage repeat visits
- Support team members in achieving individual and group sales targets
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience
- Comfortable discussing wellness, skincare, or spa services
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Organized, goal-oriented, and confident in client-facing interactions
- 3000 USD monthly base
- Plus commission
- Independent Contractor (1099)
