Cape Coral Signworks is a young, fast-growing, family-owned sign company serving Cape Coral and Southwest Florida. We specialize in custom signs, vehicle graphics, digital prints, and professional installations for businesses of all sizes.

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a reliable, skilled, and motivated Sign Fabricator & Installer who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and wants to grow with the company long-term.

• Fabricate and install indoor and outdoor signage (business signs, real estate signs, parking & traffic signs, ADA signage, banners, etc.)
• Install vinyl graphics, wall graphics, large-format prints, and vehicle wraps
• Operate shop equipment such as plotters, printers, laminators, and cutters
• Perform on-site installations using ladders, hand tools, and power tools
• Troubleshoot sign issues and find practical, clean solutions
• Assist with production, mounting, finishing, and material prep
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized workspace
• Support time-sensitive or urgent installations when required (essential operations)

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in sign fabrication, installation, or vinyl graphics
• Confident using knives, measuring tools, ladders, and power tools

Experience with Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop

• Strong attention to detail and pride in high-quality work
• Self-motivated, dependable, and a team player
• Valid driver’s license
• Basic computer skills

• Vehicle wrap experience
• 3M or Avery certifications
