This is a full-time, on-site role for a Painter at Naples Bay Resort, situated in the Cape Coral Metropolitan Area. The Painter will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including preparing and executing painting projects, maintaining the resort's aesthetics, and ensuring all painted surfaces meet high standards. This includes applying different types of paint, coatings, and decorative finishes to interior and exterior surfaces.

Daily responsibilities also include inspecting surfaces for repair needs, preparing work spaces, and ensuring the proper care and maintenance of painting tools and materials.

• Expertise in Paint and Painting techniques
• Experience in Painting and Decorating to enhance the visual appeal of spaces
• Familiarity with Coatings and Spray Painting for specialized projects
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
• Knowledge of safety protocols and ability to maintain a clean work environment
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site, team-focused environment
• Previous experience in a hospitality or resort setting is a plus
