• Develop and maintain employer relationships to facilitate job placements.
• Provide job coaching and counseling to individuals with disabilities.
• Manage cases and track client progress.
• Ensure follow‑up and support for individuals after employment.
• Create and manage your own income through quality work and successful job placements.

• Four years of successful experience as an Employment Specialist providing services to Florida VR customers and a high school diploma, or
• Associate’s Degree from an accredited college or university plus two years of successful experience providing services to Florida VR customers, or
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university, plus one year of successful experience providing services to Florida VR customers.
• Completion of "Best Practices in Supported Employment" training with a certificate.

• Ability to develop and maintain employer relationships.
• Flexible and self‑motivated.

• Must pass a level 2 background check.
• Must have or obtain auto insurance coverage of 50/100.
• Comfortable with a contract 1099 position, working independently in the community.
