What we look for in our instructors includes enthusiasm, contagious energy, reliability, organization, dynamic and team-oriented mindset, willingness to learn multiple formats, and CPR certification. Experience is preferred, but training is available.

• Lead engaging Spin/Cycle classes that motivate and guide participants of varying fitness levels.
• Maintain a high-energy, welcoming environment consistent with Crunch’s No Judgments philosophy.
• Be prepared to teach multiple formats and participate in in-house trainings and certifications.
• Support member goals and promote fitness and wellness within the studio.

• Spin/Cycle Certification
• CPR Certification
• Enthusiastic, highly motivated, reliable, organized, dynamic, and team-oriented
• Willingness to learn and teach multiple formats; experience preferred but not required

• In-house trainings with continued education credits towards AFAA, ACE and NASM
• In-house Schwinn Certifications
