Full-Time (40 hours per week)

• Perform a wide variety of clerical and administrative support duties under the direction of the Manager.
• Maintain co‑worker files and complete payroll.
• Ensure adequate and proper unit and office supplies.
• Interact with employees and members of other departments.
• Assist in unit operational support tasks and Human Resources management.
• Work cooperatively with others as part of a team and recognize the importance of group goals.
• Respond to requests within authorized scope of knowledge and skills.
• Perform duties in a manner consistent with Mercy’s mission, values, and Service Standards.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills and guest‑relations expertise.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Workday, Mercy Insight, GO SIGN ME UP registration system, and UKG Dimensions scheduling programs.
