Part Time Facility Attendant - Shawnee Park Center

General Definition of Work

• This position assists the patrons upon entering the Shawnee Park Center, supervises the gymnasium, and other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• Initial contact with the general public as they enter the facility and by phone calls.
• Scan  and collect admission fee for fitness room, fitness classes or gymnasium use.
• Adding new patrons in the Active system and printing .
• Supervise the gymnasium, meeting rooms, restrooms, and lobby.
• Enforcement of all rules and policies of the Osage Center.
• General maintenance of the facility.
• Follow equipment rental policies
• Assist with court set-ups and take downs and other duties assigned by immediate supervisor or building manager.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Good communication skills, customer service, and a positive attitude.
• Must be able to count currency and balance daily reports.
• Must have ability to use computer and learn how to use new software programs.
• Must have reliable transportation.
