Position SummaryTemporary Audio/Visual Technician Show Me Center – Part-Time, Variable Shifts

- Physically set up all audio, video, and lighting equipment for events, including connecting cables, configuring settings, and ensuring proper functionality of all components
- Operate the video board through Live Sync software at SEMO basketball games and other events
- Operate Tri Caster, an all-in-one integrated video production system, during events
- Operate video cameras during events
- Operate spotlights during events
- Set up and control lighting scenes
- Troubleshoot issues with audio-visual equipment
- Work directly with clients to understand their AV needs prior to events
- Communicate with event organizers and other team members during events
- Cleaning, inspecting, and performing minor repairs of AV equipment
- Other duties as assigned
- Ability to work evening and weekend shifts
- A strong understanding of audio, video, and lighting equipment. Prior experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated effective communication skills
- Ability to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment, with or without accommodation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
