Cape Girardeau is looking for a full‑time or part‑time Dental Hygienist to join our team.

• Monday‑Thursday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM (part‑time only)

• Three‑doctor practice utilizing Dentrix
• 60‑minute recall appointments, 90‑minute new patient appointments
• SRP performed at the hygienist's discretion
• Bi‑weekly, hourly pay with option to opt into daily pay
• Daily + quarterly bonuses available
• Equipment: C‑Ara, iTero, Velscope plus CE coverage available

• Minimum 30 hours per week for full benefits package including United Healthcare PPO, paid holidays, 401(k), dental, vision, wellness benefits, etc.
• Part‑time benefits package includes dental, paid holidays, 401(k), wellness benefits, etc.
• All positions accrue PTO.

• Current dental hygienist license in Missouri and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (if required).
• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation.
• CPR certification.

• Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x‑rays and electronic medical record systems.
• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet patient needs and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients’ dental health.
• Clinical needs as required by office.

• Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/Doctor/Heartland Dental with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Prolonged periods of sitting and standing.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times.
• Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in‑person) periodically.
• TB test required for all new hires in dental office positions (excluding FL & TN).
