As a Patient Coordinator
, you will report to the Manager and perform daily front office tasks to create lasting impressions and build trust with patients. You’ll participate in a four-week training program to succeed in your role.
- Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies, government regulations, and dental board standards
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance, and handle payment collection
- Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing
- Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset
- Excellent time management
- Organized and detail oriented
