A thriving independent health system in Southern Missouri, just over an hour from St. Louis, is seeking an Otolaryngologist to join their team of 4 physicians and 2 advanced practice providers. This is a rare opportunity to become part of a highly respected, well-established ENT program within a 250+ provider network.

Position Highlights:

• Guaranteed Base Salary of $600,000 or greater based on productivity
• Up to $42,000/year in Student Loan Repayment
• $50,000 Sign-On Bonus or Monthly Residency Stipend
• Relocation Assistance up to $15,000
• 3 nights/month of call at a single hospital - Enjoy work-life balance
• 25 days PTO + CME stipend & days
• Full benefits package including malpractice, health, dental, and retirement plans

Practice Details:

• Join a collaborative team of 4 ENT physicians, 2 NPs, 2 audiologists, and allergy staff
• No post-clinic notes - scribes provided at all times
• Clinic hours:
  Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
• Daily Volume: 28 clinic patients; 10-12 OR cases weekly
• Full-spectrum ENT including thyroid/parathyroid, head & neck oncology, and more
• Serving a robust 720,000 patient population
