Mercy Hospital Southeast is actively seeking a board certified or board eligible OBGYN physician to join our busy group practice at Mercy Southeast in Cape Girardeau, MO
. Our Mercy Southeast OBGYN team is highly experienced with four physicians, two midwives, two advanced practitioners and an engaged support staff focused on quality patient care.

• 2-year income guarantee of $450,000 with $100,000 recruitment incentive
• Outstanding clinic space featuring a full Women?s Integrated Health program with onsite Breast Health Services, diagnostic testing, and pelvic floor physical therapy.
• 2 ultrasounds in-clinic, with dedicated OBGYN sonographers.
• 2 procedure rooms in-clinic.
• 24/7 access to Mercy MFM for consults/transports.
• Experienced and supportive partners with a dedicated women?s health surgical assistant.

• We deliver about 1,000 babies each year in our birthing hospital and features a Level III NICU.
• Neonatologist comfortable caring for most babies 28 weeks and above.

• 24-hour in-house anesthesia.
• 2 Di Vinci Robots.
• System-wide Epic EMR.

• Up to $20,000 in relocation
• As a not-for-profit system, Mercy qualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF).
• 4 weeks vacation plus 6 holidays (while on guarantee)
• Annual $5,000 CME allowance
