High school diploma or equivalent

• Cannot come out of probation until the MO registration process is complete
• Fingerprints to be completed prior to the first day on the job
• Processing of application with Missouri Board of Pharmacy must be initiated prior to starting with Saint Francis Pharmacy. A copy of the application along with a copy of the receipt from Idento
