Assistant Manager; RN - Level III NICU

Overview

Under the direction of the Patient Care Manager the assistant manager supports daily operations for his/her assigned department(s) including the delivery of safe/quality patient care and colleague support. The assistant manager models the commitment to Saint Francis Healthcare’s mission/vision/values.

Associate's degree in nursing - required

Nursing License in the state of Missouri - required

BLS - required

NRP - required

PALS - required within 6 months of start date

Three (3) years NICU experience - to provide a level of NICU specific experience to be able to clinically step in and assist and lead the team - required
