Role Description

This is an on-site role for a Speech Language Pathologist, based in Cape Girardeau, MO. The Speech Language Pathologist will evaluate, diagnose, and treat individuals with communication disorders, speech impairments, and swallowing difficulties. Responsibilities include creating individualized care plans, providing therapeutic interventions, collaborating with patients and caregivers, and documenting patient progress. We are looking for part-time to full-time (2-4 days per week).

We are closed on Fridays.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Speech Therapy techniques and experience in addressing Speech challenges
• Expertise in managing pediatric feeding, dysphagia, and other disorders
• Knowledge and experience with various Communication Disorders
• Competency in treating and managing Language Disorders
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field
• Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in Missouri
