**** JOB SUMMARY
** The Physical Therapist is a health professional who, upon the direction of the referring physician, provides physical therapy services to include assessment, treatment planning, treatment implementation, and reassessment.
** JOB DETAILS AND REQUIREMENTS
** Type:
Full Time (80 hours per 2 week pay period, with benefits)
Typical hours for this position:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 7:30am-6:00pm

Education:

Graduate of an APTA approved university curriculum in Physical Therapy with a B.S. degree.

Certification & Licensures:

Eligible for certification as a Physical Therapist in the state of Missouri.

BLS Certification

Experience:

Previous experience not required for entry. Previous health care related experience is desirable.
