The Clinical Dietitian at Saint Francis Healthcare System provides medical nutrition therapy for both inpatient and outpatient populations across age groups, including infants and geriatrics. The role involves NICU coverage with 32 hours/week, 8:00am-4:30pm, three days per week, and uses the nutrition care process for assessments and re-assessments.
